Whilst Fergusons of Stirling Limited makes every effort to ensure that goods supplied correspond to in every respect with the sample, specification or description, provided as the case maybe, Fergusons of Stirling Limited is not responsible for the minor variations in specification, colour or other design features, and in the case of business purchasers no such minor variation shall entitle the Purchaser to rescind the contract or shall be the subject of any claim against Fergusons of Stirling Limited by the Purchaser.
Deliveries & Shipping Charges
Fergusons of Stirling Limited will take all reasonable steps to deliver your order within the time indicated. However, we will not be under any liability to you in respect of any failure to deliver within this timescale or on any particular day or dates. Shipping charges are worked out during checkout. All orders are sent using Royal Mail, Parcelforce, DHL, FedEx or via other reputable carriers (subject to change without notice). Please make sure someone will be in to receive your delivery as further charges may apply if more than two delivery attempts are made. All deliveries must be fully inspected upon delivery as insurance will not be valid for deliveries signed for undamaged or not inspected. Surcharges may apply for some locations - payments received for orders with incorrect postage paid will be invoiced for the difference (you will have the option to pay the surcharge or cancel the order). All Royal Mail services may be delayed during busy mail periods.
Title to any goods supplied to the customer by Fergusons of Stirling Limited shall remain the property of Fergusons of Stirling Limited until paid for in full. Title to the goods passes to you immediately before your consignment is delivered to our nominated carrier(s) for dispatch. In the event of a payment chargeback, title of the goods will revert back to Fergusons of Stirling Limited.
Contract Cancellation / Returns
You must inform us of your desire to cancel your order within 30 days commencing on the day the goods are delivered to you. You must return the goods to us within 14 days of requesting the return. Returned goods must be clean, unused, undamaged, in original undamaged packaging (sealed packaging must not be opened), in the same condition as received. You must return the goods to us at your cost and we advise you to ensure the goods are adequately packed and insured for the return journey. On receipt of the item in acceptable condition, we shall refund the amount of money paid by you for the goods and original shipping cost to you (UK shipping costs only). Goods returned in acceptable condition outside of this 30 day period must be authorised by us prior to return and may be subject to a handling charge of no more than 20% and the original shipping cost to you will not be refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Unless otherwise stated, goods purchased from this website or by mail order are covered by a 1 year / 12,000 mile (where applicable) manufacturer's warranty. If further warranty details are required on a specific product, please contact us.
