Deliveries & Shipping Charges

Fergusons of Stirling Limited will take all reasonable steps to deliver your order within the time indicated. However, we will not be under any liability to you in respect of any failure to deliver within this timescale or on any particular day or dates. Shipping charges are worked out during checkout. All orders are sent using Royal Mail, Parcelforce, DHL, FedEx or via other reputable carriers (subject to change without notice). Please make sure someone will be in to receive your delivery as further charges may apply if more than two delivery attempts are made. All deliveries must be fully inspected upon delivery as insurance will not be valid for deliveries signed for undamaged or not inspected. Surcharges may apply for some locations - payments received for orders with incorrect postage paid will be invoiced for the difference (you will have the option to pay the surcharge or cancel the order). All Royal Mail services may be delayed during busy mail periods. 

Please note that service kits with engine oil included can only be shipped to UK and certain countries within Europe. If you have any questions about this or do not see a shipping price for your country when checking out, please contact us to see if we can ship to you.
